Hello to you all,
The hyper rights this weekend with almost makes you forget ideas. His reserve duty is not a vow of silence. It is in "Today in France " that DSK has outlined his plan yesterday policy. I selected seven points:
1 - The IMF is not "liberal." He comes to the rescue of mismanaged economies, on the verge of bankruptcy, which must implement drastic measures to cope.
2 - The banking system must be "guarded". Otherwise, we end up kind of financial crisis 2008. The rating agencies do their job well enough. Pay and bonuses have resumed as before the crisis. We must change this.
3 - The euro need for solidarity among States. Wanting to leave is a "vast deceit." To make Europe work better, the solution is political: that " States surrender part of their sovereignty .
4 - 35 hours " The decrease in working hours is a historical process that results from improving productivity .
5 - The age of retirement " We can not take with fewer and fewer people work to pay the pensions of more and more people . But "the purpose of a pension system is that is just towards those who worked more or less long, in terms more or less difficult and just vis-à-vis assets. The problem is to do it fairly .
6 - Removing the ISF " more you diversify the sources of direct contributions, the greater the chance of be fair . It takes taxes on income, consumption and wealth (...) The property taxes exist in many countries (...) they are much heavier than home .
7 - Utilities " I see no reason to think that that would lead, in a universe world it would automatically less utility " .
This is not the beginning of a presidential program but it still the outline of a project . The ideas are certainly on the table, delivered debate.
nice day.
